With all that's going on within the past 24 hours, a profound scripture screams to be mentioned. It is 2 Chronicles 7:14:
(13) "At times I might shut up the heavens so that no rain falls, or command grasshoppers to devour your crops or send plagues among you. (14) Then if My people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land. (15) My eyes will be attentive to every prayer in this place."

Folks, we need to get it together, come together and stop seeking self satisfaction! What people miss and don't understand is that yes, God forgives us of our sins, but, when we continue to do what is wrong and we know that it's wrong we will not be forgiven. When you deny Jesus/God, He will deny you! The United States is the equivalent to Sodom and Gomorrah (2 countries not people) Genesis 18-19. They practiced every ounce of immorality that we (the US) do. And yet, time after time God forgave them but they kept right on doing it. Then when He got tired He destroyed them. Isn't that what people do when their fed up with someone or something?

All of what unbelievers see that is happening is bad luck. WRONG! GOD IS FED UP! It's not bad luck its called "harvest". When you remove God from any thing, sure all is good for a moment but when the bow breaks and the cradle falls, nobody is prepared. People can't cope. People resort to violence, they kill each other. Destroy one another.

Please, I beg you, to do as the scripture says! Romans 3:23 says that we ALL fall short of the Glory of God, which means no one is perfect! And even I, have to ask for forgiveness daily because I am far from perfect! You can say with your mouth that you Love God and you obey, but, you're not living a life that says so. If you Love Him, you would'nt seek your own desires. There would be no budget cuts, few poor people, more emphasis and concern to human life versus a damn animal. There would be no competition, no need for PhD's and Masters degrees.

It's only going to get worse. Unfortunately it takes utter destruction for people to realize how blessed they truly are. Don't let that be you!
